Reptilian Lizard People

Reptilian people?

Archeology and history tell us that many cultures of believed in supernatural reptiles, reptilian humans and even reptilian gods. Even Satan, Lucifer in the Bible, who desired to be as God and who caused the fall of man, appeared as the serpent in the Garden of Eden. Dragons, snakes, crocs and gators, real or imagined, have all been worshiped, revered, feared or thought to have supernatural powers in many cultures through time and history.

For example, the ancient Egyptians had a god named Sobek whom they worshiped. He is depicted with the body of a man and the head of a crocodile. Hindus and Buddhists have the Naga, or dragon, that they consider to be a god, or nature spirit that protects them. Oriental folklore says that the Naga are capable of using magic powers to transform themselves into a human semblance. In modern scientific realms, in an effort to show our true human origins, evolutionists erect statues to the reptiles of old in museums. Their spokesmen, like to talk about how these reptiles are our ancestors. comtemporary thinkers, like Carl Sagan say that there is a part of the brain they call the "R Complex;" "R' stands for... you guessed it, "Reptilian."

Sagan, who wrote the Pulitzer Prize winning book, The Dragons of Eden: Speculations on the Evolution of Human Intelligence , says that this most primitive part of the human brain is something we share with the reptirles. He says that his part of our brains still influences man's behavior... and from it stems our fear of reptiles. Contrary to the thought that man fears snakes and dragons stemming from the Garden of Eden, or frar of death, Sagan suggests that the human's "'natural" fear of snakes and dragons is simply the fearing of a part of ourselves."

Some people have apparently found their identification though. They have overcome their fears, for they obviously want to identify with reptiles. We see this through the trend of tattooing. Some people, in their exuberance even tattoo their whole bodies making their human skin look suspiciously reptilian green. Others tattoo scales so there is no mistake... they relate to the reptiles.

Getting a tattoo has become common place and sanitary too. Not only that, it's as convenient as going to the mall. This is something new to the older generation. Not long ago, a person wanting a tattoo had to endure less than sanitary conditions in underground tattoo shops and traveling carnivals in order to be branded in this way and then they were thought to either be of the baser sort, ot in the military.

Until recently, tattoos were generally thought of as undesirable. People who had them were suspicious, crafty and perhaps criminal. It the Old Testament days, marking and cutting the body was forbidden. (Leviticus 19:28.) Now piercings of navels and noses, tongues and other body parts, as well as tattoos are trendy. It's a fashion, and this despite that all over the world, tattoos traditionally, have been associated with criminality.

Tattoos were given to prisoners. Identified and identifiable by a number or a mark, a prisoner or a slave who escaped would be easy to identify in public. Outlaws and criminal gangs would tattoo themselves as an identifier, to indicate facts about their organizational affiliations and even to brag about their crimes, much the way that military men have used them throughout the ages to signify their conquest in war. But today, even "nice" people get tattoos and think nothing of it.

The interesting thing is that this change of mind over tattooing is not just an American fad or craze it is happening in other countries too, as is all types of body modification.

In body modification, people change their appearances for non-medical reasons. It may be to signify for themselves or others a rite of passage or initiation, or as a means to identify with a particular group. Sometimes it is to denote their particular religious or maybe even sexual affiliations. Sometimes it is to evoke shock from others or simply as a form of artistic or of self-expression. A little tattoo, is is only the beginning of what some people take quite seriously.

Tom Leppard, well-known around the world for modifying his whole body with tattoos takes it seriously. His tattoos make his skin look like a leopard. He wanted to identify with mammals. But other people, like Erik Sprague, known as the "Lizard Man, " take tattooing further and do other modifications like piercing or even splitting their tongues, to identify with reptiles. If you think about it, we are really quite romanticized by reptiles. People love to fantasize about them.

You have seen the pictures, aliens... they're the ones with the human bodies and large over-sized green lizard-like heads. People tell stories about being kidnapped by green men, aliens and held hostage against their will aboard spacecraft. You have heard, seen and read about all sorts of reptilian beings... the mythological fantasies, science fi comics, movies, books and even played the computer games, with the dragon, dinosaurs and monsters that can talk or who have characteristics of human men. You know it isn't real, it's all fiction...

Well, maybe... some people actually believe this stuff. They live it, they breathe it, they have seen them with their own eyes or at the very least they believe that the possibility for such things exists. It may seem fantastical, but people today say they believe they are real. Some believe there are beings like this and that such entities give them secret power. Others believe the whole reptilian thing is secret, and that the reptiles are in power.

Consider David Icke from England. He is the author of several books and he has been promoting the notion that there is a bloodline of shapeshifting lizard-like reptilian beings from the constellation Draco, who are part of a secret organization that rule the world. Icke does not make the claim that he has seen them, just that they are real. Icke gets his ancient history of all these things from a story telling African Zulu shaman named Credo Mutwa who Icke says, is a "genius."

Icke teaches his adherents that this reptilian race of interbred humans, has been put into positions of power and have subsequently worked to mind-control the rest of humanity through religion and other institutions. His list of prominent reptilians is diverse and includes George Bush, Queen Elizabeth, Hillary Clinton and Al Gore.

Icke considers himself free, disconnected from any religious system. He quotes the Bible, knowsa lot about it, but dismisses the God of the Bible and believes the church is founded upon a fantasy. He insists that all religions, particularly Judaism, Christianity and Islam have been created and used by these reptilian people to manipulate and control the masses through the centuries. His main message to the individuals that he lectures, to those who read his books is to take control of their own destiny and stop listening to the reptiles. He tells them that they are the center of their own universe and can make it whatever they choose. HE writes, "You are simply icredible. Feel it, live it and your world will be transformed." (The Biggest Secret, Chapter 21)

So what is the fascination with reptiles? Why do we fear them? Is there really a reptilian race? Do people think views like the ones held by David Icke are simply a joke, political misinformation? a farce, a conspiracy theory, or do they believe them to be for real? Are we under thought control or do we have the freedom to believe what we want to believe? Do we believe that humans evolved from the lower animals, from reptiles, four footed creatures and birds? Do we suffer some undiagnosed psychcosis, that of of being so afraid ofwho we really are and our origins, that we suppress as our basic nature... that of the snake? Is is it possible that there is a reptilian bloodline of the human race that can shapeshift from man to reptile at will? You have to wonder.

After all, they say that anything is possible... if only you believe.
