The Big Bang

The Big Bang theory, is a theory about the origin of the universe, which asserts that the universe was created sometime between 10 billion and 20 billion years ago.  The theory puts forth the idea that a mysterious explosion (from nothingness) occurred at some point in time and the explosion hurled matter and in all directions, expanding outward into the cosmos and creating our planet’s solar system and consequently the universe, in a process called vacuum fluctuation. Humanity, (and all living things on Earth,) is believed is a by-product of this chaotic explosion that rocked the primordial world, as is everything in it.

Evolutionists, who may subscribe to a process such as this, do not believe in God. Creationists on the other hand, and believe it was God who spoke the worlds into existence with a word. Some suggest that God simply said “BANG!’ and caused it all to happen.
