Being “like God” has become quite popular. It's almost as popular as “being like Jesus. It's good to desire that which is good and right and true and noble... things which both God and Jesus represent fully to the world. It's important that our actions and the things we do, are right and true and good. It is good to be like him, but how does that happen? Commonly, in our world today, it comes from reading books.
There are many books and manuals available on how to “Lead Like Jesus,” (by Ken Blanchard, 2006) or “Live Like Jesus,” (Cindy Smith 1977) “Preach Like Jesus,” (Ralph Lewis, 1989) and even how to “Think Like Jesus, Make the Right Decision Everytime.” (George Barna, 2003)
There is a plethora of books targeting those who want expert advice on how to be "like" Jesus.
All that a person has to do is buy the manual and daily devotional book that goes with it, study the book with a study guide so that you do not miss what it is teaching you, wear the shirt or ball cap, with the company logo that gives the world the message, attend the $300.00 seminar, implement the proper technique and you too can learn from the experts, how to do everything "just like Jesus."
